Little Star Speech Therapy is a registered provider with the following funding agencies.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS):  The NDIS is a funding agency whose role is to support early intervention and school-age children/adolescents with significant and permanent disabilities. Parents can apply for a speech pathology funding through the NDIS in order for the child to achieve their goals. To find out if your child might be eligible to receive support, contact the National Disability Insurance Agency at 1 800 800 110.

Medicare:  Some children with complex needs may be eligible for a General Practitioners Medicare Plan (GPMP).  Currently, children are eligible for five (5) partially funded Medicare rebates for speech pathology services per calendar year.  To find out if your child might be eligible for the plan, contact your General Practitioner (GP) who would be required to make a referral for your child.
